RDI - or Resources Development International Cambodia - have a variety of semi-unrelated facets to their organization. Making ceramic filters is one of them, another is educational TV in Khmer, and another is running a NGO laboratory testing water quality throughout Cambodia. Engineers without Borders currently have Environmental Engineer Isabelle working at the facility to help plot how quickly the filters can dry for enhanced production.
