Science Week 2010 University of Tasmania
Sally worked at several Science Week events in Hobart speaking on Innovation for the Innovation Awards and presenting modern day explorer Tim Jarvis as the official Science Week speaker.
To celebrate Tim's polar exploration achievements Sally had the Science Dinner participants create an environment to be safely explored by an egg. The Faculties of Science, Engineering and Architecture created some memorable journeys by jet propulsion, helium-filled balloon and gravity slide.

feedback from Green Cities 2011 on www.thefifthestate.com.au
"In the final session, Extreme Green, a panel of judges looked at some innovative inventions by some up-and-coming young designers and inventors. The session, led by ABC TV’s New Inventors judge Sally Dominguez, who brought some pizzaz to proceedings over the two days, was informative and entertaining."
